5 stars is simply not enough, The staff at The Green Alternative Doctor are seriously a breath of fresh air. I was so worried this was going to be complicated but With each staff member they made this process unbelievably fast and easy, you’re greeted with a big smile and once you’re finished you’ll be wondering why you didn’t do this sooner. I just went through the process of obtaining my medical card and the staff made it such a breeze. I received all my paperwork before I scheduled an appointment, so i knew I could be pre approved. Scheduling my appointment was super easy as well. And when i went in, I was greeted with a happy smile and someone there who had all the information I needed to make the process go as quickly and easily as possible. They were very thorough and polite. Excellent staff, they make you feel comfortable and they make you feel like you can ask them anything at all. Everything was done for me by Chante since I had trouble signing forms on my phone. She faxed everything to me to make it easier for me. The doctor phone call was amazing too, no pressure at all and you could ask anything without feeling "weird" about the situation. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!! They never make you feel like uncomfortable at all. Thank you to the whole office for an experience that I never thought I'd have!!!!!
